Moist! What is moist? What is so important of keeping our skin moisture all the time? How do we know whether we are moist enough? And how do we keep our skin moisture?

What is Moist?

Moist is simply means the presence of water component either in the air or an object. Also known as moisture.

As we all know, skin is the human's largest organ cell in our body system.

Therefore we should always keep it healthy.

And the most important way of doing that is to keep your skin always clean and moisture.


It is very important to keep our skin moisture, because a dry skin could bring up a lot of skin problems such as skin cracks, red rashes, and so on.

So how do we know whether our skin is moisture enough?
There are a few simple ways.
First is of course the most basic way, use your feelings and instincts. You will know when your skin is really dry, you'd feel very uncomfortable and itchy sometimes, your skin will indirectly gives you a signal that it needs some moisturize.
Second is by using the sense of touch, try touching or rub through your hand or other parts of your skin. A moisture skin should give you a soft and smooth skin. Or else, you should do something to give some moisture to your skin.
Next is a bit more advance way of testing, that is try scratching your skin and see if it leaves a line. If there is, your skin is crying out for some moisture.

Lastly and most importantly,
